1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Traderzbook you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of service

Traderzbook is a discipline-first trading journal that helps traders track strategy execution, log trades, and progress through a structured 4-phase workflow. The platform is a tool for self-improvement and data collection. It does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations.

3. Account requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You must verify your email address before you can use the platform

4. Free and Premium plans

The free plan allows one active strategy with full access to the 4-phase workflow and trade logging. Premium plans unlock additional features such as unlimited strategies and are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Prices are listed on the platform and may be updated with reasonable notice.

Premium subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through the account portal. After cancellation you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform
• Upload malicious files or harmful content
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Your data and content

You retain ownership of all trading data, strategies, and screenshots you upload. We do not sell your data to third parties. By using the platform you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. No financial advice

Traderzbook is a journaling and self-assessment tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes. Past performance logged in the platform does not guarantee future results.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for an extended period, with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
